The Translational AI Center (TrAC) at Iowa State University is providing a 9-week research experience for undergraduates in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied across diverse fields. Students will engage in interdisciplinary projects, acquiring skills to prepare them for graduate school and develop professionally. Activities will be directed by diverse TrAC faculty and staff mentors. The program’s success will be highlighted at a campus-wide symposium, including peers, graduate students, research scientists, faculty, and industry professionals. Research goals and activities will align with the mission of TrAC, our research thrusts, and the AI Institute for Resilient Agriculture (AIIRA).
